One of the highlights of The Spa is the foot massage, which has left many guests speechless. The Spa facility itself is impeccable, set in a calming atmosphere. The therapists, such as Ms Mon-Nach, are skilled at hitting all the right spots, providing an experience that quite literally blows guests off their feet. It's an experience that many would highly recommend.

Guests who have stayed at the JW Marriott from July 6th to 14th have had amazing spa experiences. The Thai massage master, Pupae, is a top professional who has helped many with their back and neck problems. Her precise and professional movements have relieved the tension that had accumulated in guests' muscles for a long time. Many wish they could find such a specialist in their own city.

The Spa is also known for its traditional practices. Khun Kat, for example, is excellent with her crafts. She also recommends lifestyle tips and following sessions related to guests' concerns. The services by all the staff are genuine and special. Khun Bank, for instance, is known for recommending CBD treatments and Thai Warrior Massage.

The ambiance at The Spa is top-notch, and the hospitality is exceptional. The masseuse, Lek, is very cordial, and her pressure throughout the massage is simply perfect. Many couples have opted for the couple Thai Massage, which has been an amazing start to their honeymoon. The Spa also offers possibly the best massage experiences. Even though the sessions are only an hour, they feel longer in a good way. Therapists like Maew seem to know exactly what guests want, using the perfect amount of pressure, never rushing, and spending the right length of time in every spot. The environment and ambiance are fantastic too.

Guests have also enjoyed spending a rainy day at The Spa. They have booked spa specials which included a massage and a manicure/pedicure. The setting is beautiful, and all comforts have been carefully curated. Masseuses like Mod are careful to listen to guests' areas of concern and give each special attention. The result is a deep tissue massage that relaxes and rejuvenates. Following the massage, guests are pampered with a manicure and pedicure done to perfection.

The Spa also offers an amazing Couple’s Spa. Guests have booked a 3.5 hours spa for their anniversary celebration and were served by Kat and Lek. The service was impeccable, and only top-notch products were used. The treatment started with a foot bath, followed by a honey milk bath which left the skin super soft and supple. The treatment was followed by a turmeric scrub, an hour and a half of massage, and an hour facial. Kat and Lek were very professional and thoughtful throughout the entire process. The Spa has been a wonderful place for couples to celebrate their anniversary.
