Times Square Sukhumvit, often referred to as a shopping center and a building center mall, is a unique establishment that caters to a diverse range of needs for both locals and foreigners. With over 20 floors, it houses corporate offices, language schools, and a variety of retail outlets. The first three floors are dedicated to shopping, offering a selection of unique souvenirs, mid to high-end boutique clothing, and spas.

The food scene at Times Square Sukhumvit is varied, with Thai-International restaurants of average, mid, and high-range. Notably, there is a popular Subway Restaurant and a good-sized Amazon Coffee. For coffee lovers, there is a Starbucks with plenty of seating, making it a worthy stop. The center also houses dentists, dermatology clinics, and pharmacies, making it a convenient location for various needs.

One of the oldest and well-known Thai language schools in Bangkok, Unity Thai Language (UTL) School, is based here on two floors. This makes the center a hub for intergenerational and international students. The center also offers a soothing atmosphere with live piano music often accompanied by mellow soloists singing, filling the first three shopping floors.

Despite its offerings, some visitors find Times Square Sukhumvit lacking in terms of shopping experience. It is often compared unfavorably to other big, bright, and clean shopping malls in the vicinity. Some visitors find it outdated with nothing of interest, and the food outlets have received mixed reviews. The center is also described as an office block with a few retail outlets serving the staff who work in the building, making it less busy during weekends.

However, the center does have its unique charms. The restaurant 'Isabelle' on the ground floor is known for serving excellent original Thai food in air-conditioned comfort at a reasonable price. During lunchtimes, there is live music, and some customers even join in occasionally. The guitarist who plays on Sundays and Mondays is known for his exceptional talent in playing beautiful classical Spanish music.

Times Square Sukhumvit is conveniently located right down the stairs from the Asoke BTS and almost as close to Nana BTS. There is also a parking garage next door between the Times Square building and the Grande Sheraton Hotel. It serves as a useful method of crossing Sukhumvit or accessing the Skytrain at Asoke.

Despite its convenience and unique offerings, Times Square Sukhumvit is not for everyone. Some visitors find it boring and lackluster, with limited shops and eateries. It is often described as a place to run errands and then leave, rather than a place to browse or people-watch. However, for those looking for a quieter shopping experience away from the crowds and chaos, Times Square Sukhumvit might just be the place to visit.
