Nestled at the foot of the Baanthat Mountains, a verdant oasis offers a welcome respite from the journey. This sculpture garden, a popular stopover, provides an opportunity for a photo shoot amidst the lush greenery. To the west, the Pubpub restaurant offers a delightful view, making it a worthwhile stop for travelers.This picturesque location is a haven for photography enthusiasts. Before venturing to explore the beaches along the Andaman Bay, visitors often stop here to capture memorable moments. The scenic backdrop encourages creativity, with visitors trying out various poses and styles to add a touch of fun to their photos. Despite the long journey, the experience is considered well worth the effort.
While some may find the place a bit kitschy, it holds a certain charm and offers interesting insights into the history of the indigenous peoples and animals of the area. It's a great way to spend a few hours, especially for families. Children, in particular, are sure to be delighted by the statues.
The hotspot, part of Trang National Park, is conveniently located beside the main road to Trang. It's an ideal place to relax after a long drive, enjoy the greenery of Trang mountain, and take photos.
After navigating the winding roads to Trang, this park offers a pleasant stopover. Children are particularly fond of this place. The park is clean, there are no entrance fees, and it's a good place to take a break before continuing the journey.
This free attraction in the mountains on the Trang Phattalung road is surrounded by a national park. While it's a beautiful spot, it's been transformed into a selfie haven, with numerous statues, many of them cartoon-like, for people to take selfies by. In some places, fake rocks have been constructed from concrete. This spot is particularly popular among Thai selfie enthusiasts.
As you pass over the mountains between Phatthalung and Trang, the jungle surrounds are quite appealing. However, the gateway attraction has been criticized for being boring and poorly constructed, with some considering it a waste of local government funds. A mere 200 meters away, there's a restaurant serving good Thai food and offering a great view. Many suggest skipping the attraction and opting for a relaxing lunch at the restaurant instead.
