The staff work diligently from early morning to ensure the gardens are kept clean and inviting. The gardens are divided into different zones, each offering a unique experience, making it easy to spend an entire day exploring the lush greenery.

However, it's worth noting that the method of transportation within the premises can be a bit challenging. The hotel, dining area, and conference rooms are scattered around the garden, and the only way to move around is via a tram. This can be inconvenient, especially for business meetings where frequent movement is necessary. The tram service is not routine and often requires a call to the staff for pick-up. Despite this, the scenic views along the road are truly breathtaking and offer a sense of calm and relaxation.

For those visiting with children, the gardens offer an excellent day out. There are numerous activities to keep the little ones entertained, from biking and swimming to paddle boats. The gardens are adorned with plants shaped like dinosaurs, dolphins, and elephants, adding a touch of whimsy to the surroundings. Bike rentals are affordable, and the trails are easy to ride, making exploration fun. There's also a playground and plenty of open space for running around. The labyrinth is a big hit with kids, and the clean saltwater swimming pool is a favorite among visitors.

During the week, an a la carte menu is available. The gardens are located about 10kms out of the city, making it easily accessible by car.
