The sensation of relief and tranquility that comes with being far from the hustle and bustle of the city is a key highlight of this destination. The fun day pack is filled with a variety of activities that allow visitors to truly immerse themselves in nature. One of the standout experiences is bamboo rafting, which offers a unique perspective of the jungle.However, it's important to note that not all experiences have been positive. Some visitors have reported issues with organization and customer service. There have been instances where visitors were charged for a 7km journey but were only allowed to complete 5km. When they asked for a refund, they were given a lesser amount than the difference in cost between the two distances. There have also been reports of delays and long waiting times due to disorganization among different groups and guides.
On a brighter note, the zip line activity comes highly recommended. The view from the top is breathtaking, with a scenic sea view that is sure to leave a lasting impression. The ATV ride to Big Buddha is also a popular choice among visitors, with some even claiming it to be the best ATV experience in Phuket.
The green season is considered the best time to visit, with bamboo rafting being a favorite activity during this period. Despite the rain, visitors have reported having a great time, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. The lunch provided is simple but satisfying, adding to the overall positive experience.
However, some visitors have expressed dissatisfaction with certain aspects of the trip. The long driving distances, waiting times, and lack of drinks between activities have been pointed out as areas that need improvement. The river rafting activity has also been criticized for being unsafe, with some visitors even choosing to leave early and pay for their own transportation back to their hotels.
Despite these criticisms, many visitors have had amazing experiences. The adventurous rafting on the wild river, the thrilling ATV driving experience in the jungle, the interaction with elephants, and the exhilarating zip line activity have all been highlighted as memorable parts of the trip. The delicious and tasty lunch is also a big hit, allowing visitors to enjoy their time fully.
